After having multiple issues with our previous laminator (Fellowes Cosmic A3), I contacted Adrian at NZ Binding for information on servicing or upgrading. Adrian was incredibly helpful throughout the process, giving me clear and concise information on pricing and directed me to their website where I could see a step-by-step video of our soon to be laminator. The Artter LM320 arrived within two working days, well packaged and in pristine condition. The unit itself is has all metal parts – it is sturdy and well-made. The lamination process is much faster than our previous Fellowes model and it produces a smooth, flat final product. It was a breeze organizing my laminating needs with Adrian and it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with someone passionate and enthusiastic about their work.
